双层/三层高低温(湿热)试验箱

高低温(湿热)试验箱是模拟GB/T10589-2008低温试验箱技术条件、GB/T10592-2008高低温试验箱技术条件、GB/T11158-2008高温试验箱技术条件制造;主要用于动力电池模组、电芯、大型电工电子及其他产品、零部件及材料进行高低温试验或恒定试验,模拟温度变化条件下对产品、零部件及材料进行质量及可靠性测试。

    每层箱体均配备一个泄压口,每个泄压门安装1条Φ10mm防爆链

    Each compartment of the equipment is equipped with a pressure relief vent, and each pressure relief door is fitted with a Φ10mm explosion-proof chain for added safety.

    两路温度保护装置

    Two way Temperature Protection Device

    除主温度传感器外,设备还配备辅温度探头,即触摸屏显示两路温度,温度辅助监控与主监控温度偏差超过设定范围,控制器可报警,可以设定是否要停机

    In addition to the primary temperature sensor, the equipment is also equipped with an auxiliary temperature probe, which means that the touchscreen displays two temperature readings. If the temperature deviation between the auxiliary temperature monitoring and the primary monitoring exceeds the set range, the controller can trigger an alarm. Furthermore, there is an option to configure whether to stop the equipment in response to this alarm.

    灭火装置(选配)

    设备每层箱体有单独的喷淋设计,可以手动或自动控制,用于样品失效时的灭火

    Each compartment of the equipment is equipped with an individual spray system, which can be controlled manually or automatically. This system is designed for fire suppression in case of sample failure or other fire-related incidents.

    烟雾报警器

    Smoke Alarm

    当测试物冒烟时,启动烟雾报警装置

    When the test specimen emits smoke, the smoke alarm system is activated.
